Danke! LG |

Today's exam: 3 questions: 1) How can catalysts be subdivided? How can biocatalysts be subdivided? What amino acid-free biocatalysts are there? 2) Something about screening and engineering. Selection, detection, metagenome approach, etc. What is done after screening. What is difference between production and screening strain? 3)What reactors are there. How do they work? Which combinations? How do microreactors work? Why are they called microreactors? What is approximately their size? Why are they not bigger/smaller? Which other reactors come to mind. Talking for a total of 30 minutes. Was very much a dialog and pleasant exam situation. |
