1) Etwas kryptisch, aber so in der Art: Describe the compartments in a eukaryotic cell from an evolutionary point of view. Make a scheme for compartments present in all eukaryotic cells of how this might have developed; focus/describe the membranes. (10 P)
2) a) Describe the route of the LDL receptor within the cell. What happens with the receptor after delivery of the cargo? (5 P)
b) What are virulence factors? (5 P)

1) Antibodies: Describe the structure and functions of certain structural parts. Which types exist in humans, what are their differences? (10 P)
2)a) What does the product of the retinoblastoma gene do? Where is this important? (5 P)
b) What are telomers and what is their function? (5 P)

1) How does a T cell recognise a virus-infected cell and destroy it? (10 P)
2) a) What are gap junctions? Describe their structure. (2 P)
b) What are Cadherins? What functions do they have? (2 P)

Ein kleiner Umriss der Fragen vom März 2017, hab es jetzt nicht nach Prüfer sortiert:

- MHC2 - wie prozessiert?
- Chromosomen und DNA-Aufbau (Mensch), wie werden die Schwesterchromatiden in der Mitose geteilt?
- Tumor suppressor vs oncogene (rezessiv vs dominant) erklären?
- Medizinische Relevanz von Wirkstoffen gegen das Cytoskelett?
- Was ist LDL und wie wird es in der Zelle aufgenommen und verarbeitet?
- Klonale Selektion und Relevanz bei Vakzin-Herstellung?
- Adherens, Proteoglykane, Stammzellen, was machen Hydroxylasen bei der Kollagensynthese, Differenzierung zum roten Blutkörperchen erklären?

War jetzt nichts Weltbewegendes dabei, man hatte 90 Minuten Zeit und die Fragen waren natürlich auf Englisch gestellt. Viel Glück!

Prüfung 6.5.2020
eine online Prüfung wegen Corona, wo man von jedem Professor je eine Frage bekommen hat und dann 30 min Zeit zum Beantworten einer Frage hatte. Dann kam die nächste Frage...
1) Describe the fundamental types of transport controlling the translocation of proteins between intracellular compartments. Provide examples for each transport type.
2) Describe the general features of the innate & adaptive immune systems, respectively.
3) Describe how T helper cells orchestrate cellular immune responses.
