Ich fange gleich mal mit den Fragen vom 26. 1. 2016 an:

1. Plasma products
a) What are the most common proteins that are won from plasma during fractionation?
b) How many immunoglobulins are in the blood?
c) What are plasma donors tested for?
d) What are the most common contaminations of plasma and how are they tested?
2. Insulin
a) How is it identified and tested according to Pharm EU?
b) Why is it produced as a fusion protein?
c) Describe short-acting and long-acting insulin.
d) How would you define/describe upcoming therapeutic products and describe alternative systems of application (irgendwie so…bin mir wegen der ganzen Frage nicht mehr so sicher…aber so ähnlich war das)
3. Lysosomal storage diseases
a) What is a lysosomal storage disease?
b) Describe three lysosomal storage diseases and which enzyme is replaced for treatment.
4. Diverses/Glycosylation
a) Describe the differences in glycosylation of IgG and EPO.
b) Describe the PTMs of blood coagulation factors
c) Describe the main effects glycosylation has on therapeutic proteins and give examples.

a) Describe their structure
b) From which natural Ab are they derived?
c) What are their advantages?
d) For the treatment of which diseases might they be promising?
Es kann sein, dass irgendwo noch Unterpunkte fehlen aber im Großen und Ganzen war er das. Man hat wirklich nur 1 h Zeit um alles zu beantworten und der Platz ist auch oft sehr knapp bemessen (4 Seiten --> 2 Blatt, doppelseitig bedruckt)…außerdem kommt alles quer durchs Gemüsebeet, ich rate also dazu eher detailliert zu lernen.
