Cellulose is the most abundant renewable polymer worldwide. Its modification is a pivotal reaction that leads to many added value products used for medical applications, in paper industry, for pharmaceutical products, in agriculture etc. In our group we are interested in developing cellulose based products with in-built antimicrobial, flame retardant and antioxidant properties.
We are therefore looking for a motivated master student with high interest in this topic.
